Hi!

Ubuntu 14.04 LTSP-pnp.
I have about 60 identical clients and 3 of them have TFTP time out. After successfully finding boot server IP, clients fails to download the pxelinux boot image. It reports "PXE-E32: TFTP open timeout." A couple weeks ago I have a different server, then there was TFTP time out with other clients and now they are working fine. When TFTP time out comes, it stay whatever I do...

Thanks for any advice!

Best regards,
Antti Hynönen

In /etc/dnsmasq.d/network-manager, I have replaced the "bind-interfaces"
line with a "bind-dynamic" line to deal with a problem like that.

Does that also happen if you try to boot one of those 3 clients, when
there's no significant load on the network? E.g. 5 minutes after all
clients have already booted?

Can you also try with iPXE?

You could also ask in the dnsmasq list, which is more appropriate.
