Thank for your help. I reboot my server and made this and I executed following commands again.
echo 'IPAPPEND=3' >> /etc/ltsp/update-kernels.conf
/usr/share/ltsp/update-kernels
ltsp-update-image --cleanup /
Now, clients start up OK. Thanks

Aihe: Re: [Ltsp-discuss] ubuntu 14.04 lts-pnp went broken?
Post by Takala TuomasHello
I just made some normal update on Ubuntu 14.04 ltsp-pnp system. Now
client wont start. Last message is Setting up nbd_client : Connection
failed.
What should I do?
If you reboot your server, does the client then start?
If not, what is the output of this command?
$ apt-cache policy ltsp-server
